Our company is an accredited technical control executor, holding all necessary certificates and licenses in the field of occupational health and safety issued by relevant authorities.
The primary responsibility of our team as a technical control executor is to verify and determine the compliance of the main construction design with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and norms. These regulations vary depending on the type and intended use of the structure being built.
Technical control, in the context of this rulebook, includes the verification of the main design’s compliance with laws, regulations, technical standards, and norms applicable to the construction of the relevant type of facility, as well as the internal consistency of all constituent project parts.
Inspection of Equipment, Installations, and Verification of Permits and Approvals
The responsibilities of technical controllers are extensive and crucial, requiring a highly professional approach and solid experience. The Zaštita Beograd team, through its many years of work, has compiled numerous reports on the technical review of main designs, thereby contributing to safe and high-quality construction.
Some of our duties as a control body, in addition to those already mentioned, include:
- verifying whether the main design appropriately addresses the organization and construction technology, and whether it contains complete technical conditions and descriptions for carrying out the work,
- assessing whether the main design provides technical measures for environmental protection and prevention of adverse effects on surrounding land and nearby structures during both construction and use,
- ensuring the internal consistency of all parts of the main design, as well as other verifications required by law.
