Who is a chemical consultant
Chemical Advisor is a person with appropriate education, who has the appropriate knowledge necessary for the proper application of the Law on Chemicals and the Law on Biocides and regulations adopted on their basis, and who has passed the appropriate training, passed the professional exam and has a license of Chemical Advisor.
Responsibilities of chemical advisors?
Chemical Advisor:

Preparation of documentation, classification and safety data sheet of chemicals and biocides
The first obligation of the advisor is to prepare and prepare documentation for the notification of the chemical in the Register of Chemicals, while biocidal products are prepared for the application in the Provisional List. The area of classification, packaging, labeling and advertising of chemicals requires the proper application of regulations that our employee advisor enforces. An important responsibility of this person lies in the fact that he is obliged to recognize, prohibit and limit the production and trade of chemicals that are dangerous to human health and the environment.
Issuance of permits for trade and use of chemicals and biocidal products

In order to issue the temporary permit required for placing a biocidal product on the market, we collect and submit to you the data necessary when applying for entry in the Provisional List of Biocidal Products.

- Preparation of content of labels of all hazardous chemicals and biocidal products in accordance with the Law on Chemicals and the Law on Biocides, and control and correction of existing labels,
- Preparation and submission of basic data when entering a biocidal product in the Provisional List,
- Establishment and submission of applications for the issuance of authorizations and temporary marketing authorizations for biocidal products,
- Participation in the development of a safety data sheet for the biocidal product and the active substance,
- Implementation of regulations related to classification, labeling and advertising of biocidal product,
- Cooperation in the implementation of obligations for safe storage and handling of chemicals and biocidal products,
- Cooperation and communication with the competent Ministry
