General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Execution of Tasks

Zaštita Beograd doo is responsible for the proper execution of the tasks entrusted to it, in accordance with the offer or contract.

2. Access to Technical Information

The client is obliged to provide all necessary data, information, and documentation to Zaštita Beograd doo in advance, no later than before the start of service execution.

3. Access to Testing/Sampling Locations

The client must ensure the necessary conditions and unrestricted access to the locations where services will be performed, and provide a representative who will supply the information needed during service execution.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

The client has the right to use the results of the service for the intended or specially agreed purpose. The results must be used in a manner that prevents misinterpretation or misuse in any form.

5. Confidentiality

Full confidentiality is ensured for the specified service unless otherwise agreed. Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection “Belgrade” LLC is obliged to provide access and information during supervision by the Accreditation Body of Serbia or the competent ministry, of which you are hereby informed. For any other legally required disclosures, you will be notified in advance.

6. Responsibility for Quality Service Execution

Zaštita Beograd doo will, at its own expense, rectify all deficiencies resulting from non-compliance with obligations regarding service quality, as established by a joint commission consisting of representatives from both the client and the company.

7. Occupational Health and Safety

Zaštita Beograd doo commits to taking all necessary safety measures for its personnel during service execution.

8. Decision-Making Rule in Legal Compliance Assessment

The Laboratory for Occupational and Environmental Protection applies a binary (compliant/non-compliant) decision rule in accordance with ILAC-G8:09/2019, case 1, taking measurement uncertainty into account. This rule is detailed in the Instruction for Reporting Laboratory Test Results FHL UP.7.8 and is available upon request or at www.zastitabeograd.com.

9. Laboratory Testing

The Laboratory for Occupational and Environmental Protection conducts testing within the scope of accreditation listed on the Accreditation Body of Serbia website under accreditation number 01-086, using appropriate methods and ranges. Reporting is based on the established procedure FHL UP.7.8 Instruction for Reporting Laboratory Test Results.

10. Service Deadlines

Services are provided within the timeframes specified in contracts/offers or by mutual agreement.

11. Complaints and Appeals
